Lauryn's 1st Golf Tournament

Here is Lauryn before she tees off, in front of the Belmont Country Club sign. Doesn't she look cute!! She is amazing, she doesn't even get nervous. She just does it. I love that about her.

Lauryn(Lo) with her Grandparents that are way into golf.

A picture of Lo teeing off.

Lo loves to ride rather I should say, drive the golf cart. She loves it. I think she thinks she is 16 already. Oh no, I am in trouble.

Lo and her swing again. I love the way her tongue sticks out when she is really concentrating. She does it with everything, even when she colors.

Lo and her daddy, Ahhhhh... It was a real bonding time together for them. I can tell that Lo loved the attention

Lauryn played in a Grandma & Granddaughter tournament along with her Dad and Papa. She did a great job!! She played all 18 holes for the first time. She kept the ball in the fairway and hit well off the tee and the grass. She was completely worn out and (I think) a little delirious afterwards. She loved it.

Golf Camp

Here are the girls in Grandma and Papa's golf cart on their way to their last day of golf camp. (Just the older two, the younger 2 are along for the ride.)
Lauryn has a great swing. Golf seems to come very natural to her. She doesn't even take a practice swing. She just gets up there and rips it.

Teagan loves to hang out with the other girls in her group. She takes a swing and then pauses for a drink or a chat. She's getting the hang of it. The girls were split on the course and it was hard watching both of them with only one cart. It was like a comedy show. We would keep missing Teagan's swing everytime we left to watch Lauryn and then come back to see Teagan, we had already missed it.

Reagan was running around all over the place and being very loud (which is a no-no on the golf course). Plus she rarely looks at the camera.

I just thought is picture was cute of her with her tongue out. She is so funny and keeps us laughing all the time.

This is Ashie practicing perfecting her swing while we wait and watch the girls.
I was the one in the cart wrestling the 2 that weren't having the lessons. All they wanted to do was run all over the plush green spwaling grass. Who could blame them?

Here Dad had a turn in the cart wrestling the girls.

Here is picture of Jeff's parents with the girls before we started the lesson.

We finally got a picture of Teagie swinging the club. She did really well for her first real attempt at golf.

Beach Babes!

Here are the girls ready to go to the beach for some fun. We absolutely love the beach.

We beat the heat and spent some time at Huntington Beach.

Getting our Boogie on

Jeff and Lauryn both had a great time boogie boarding. The water was a bit rough, but they both had a great time.

More beach pics

I need to learn to put my pictures in order. They are backwards, but hopefully you get the point.

We had a great time at the beach. We were able to visit with some friends that live down there. They showed us a new beach hidden away. We got washed out by the high tide.....what a mess. We went to the Spectrum to eat, which is a huge outdoor mall. But most of all we spent our time at the beach which is where the girls love to be.

Happy 4th of July!

The girls having some fun at the church breakfast, with friend Macie.

Celebrating our independance with some SPARKLERS!!!

We didn't seem to get many 4th of July pics. I guess we were having to much fun swimming and eating. Also, Reagan was scared and I spent most of the night indoors with her.

Getting into the Spirit of the Fourth.

Here is Ashie and Reagan with some firecracker hats they made. See the scared look on Rae-Rae's face.
